Notice how serious and glum the people look…you bought cows cheese. Sheep cheese is better. The lady selling was a Pomak. Bulgarian Muslim. They make awesome cheese and grow excellent vegetables and have great honey too. You did well without speaking the language and looks like you had a nice time. It’s very safe there too.

You need to go to Haskovo or somewhere in Rhodope mountains. The most amazing food I ve ever have.
