“To be humble is not to think less of oneself. But to think of oneself, less.” 🥶🥶🥶

This year started with me getting scammed out of a lot of money.
The way I see it though, things could've been a lot worse. So I took it as a lesson, and it also pushed me to do things that I always wanted to do. So in a way, it was a blessing in disguise.

I do some of the practices you mentioned, I didn't even realize they were part of a routine.

I have been reading and watching Stoic materials since last year. I have been through some ups and downs in life, and Stoic philosophy has helped me reflect on my thoughts, words, and actions, especially right now, I am thinking whether to confront certain people of their debts or forgive them and their debts and move on, learning from the failure of these people who haven't been paying. I am 50/50 on this, but I trust that I will develop the courage to forgive them.

The way you describe detachment even though you said “in not a nihilistic way” would actually fall under active nihilism like Nietzsche talked about; and not passive nihilism of “nothing i do matters”
