In this video we show how to properly cook eggplant, based on the traditional techniques of a friend from Italy. Preparing eggplant can be an art, and we'll explore the best methods to prepare these delicious vegetables to perfection.
Ingredients:
2 eggplants.
vegetable oil.
Salt.
1 onion.
Salt.
1 carrot.
1 pepper.
4 tomatoes.
Salt.
Black ground pepper.
1 tsp sugar.
2 cloves of garlic.
Parsley.
150g mozzarella.
1 tbsp tomato sauce.
Basil.
60g Parmesan.
