As usual excellent work. One stupid question: @1:11:07, as the setting of remote pilot relief valve is lower (set @475 psi) than pilot of main valve (setting 496 psi) and surely due to lower setting of "remote pilot" relief valve, it popped up and flow was directed to the tank.....But why the pressure "summed up"? As now there is a leakage path to the tank, why the pressure is not dropping and why it is steady at summation pressure (961 psi)....Can any one tell me please ....Thanks for sparing your valuable time....
Nice to watch this video Carl it refresh my knowledge in hydraulic system and I picked up some other idea about hydraulic it helps me in daily troubleshooting in mining and civil equipment, thanks a lot watching from Manila.
Actual session is good but whenever you discuss or guide about valve diagrams for working on demo board, we cannot see valve schematic is not seen in proper and clear kindly improve thanks hope you wil work on
Loved the video! Only problem is your voice doesn't match your lips. You should get someone with say Final Cut Pro to separate the audio from the video and realign it, then repost it. But PLEASE for the love of God Keep making these.
Thank you for the valuable information you presented today.

Thank you for the input. We believe the audio sync issues are solved now for new videos going forward. Thanks for being a fan!
Stupid question
Why they used this technology piloted operated pressure relief valve
From Sierra Leone
Threaded cartridge valve, sun hydraulic

Only I am getting the audio out of sync !??
