I figured it out. Ep 16 as in 16 episodes of opm 12 from first season and 4 from second season

Kouhai is basically Protege/Underclassman, Senpai is like Role Model/Upperclassman then Choro is basically a title for an elder monk or temple head. So there's been Centikouhai, Centisenpai and Centichoro.

It is a bit goofy even when you get a better grasp on his backstory, logic, etc. The things he does for him goal aren't great (or remotely smart). Boy's got spirit, talent and strength, but his wisdom is critically lacking. Should have let his master guide him a bit longer.
