💬 Hans Modrow (1928 - 2023) - The penultimate Prime Minister of the GDR: Experienced the fall of the Wall and German reunification. After Helmut Kohl had proposed a ten-point plan to Georg Bush Senior and Mikhail Gorbachev, Hans Modrow traveled to Moscow and proposed a three-stage plan to Gorbachev of the Central Committee of the GDR. On October 3, 1990 he experienced the German reunification in Japan as a guest of the Japanese Prime Minister Kaifu.
