    Did we see you double dipping? But the real question I have is which blender do you use? Have asked before but no harm in persisting.

    What does the baking soda do? (Please educate me.)

    • @thepotatobich
      @thepotatobich 7 месяцев назад +7

      Hey! Baking soda can make your potatoes extra crispy and fluffy. It does this by changing the pH of the water and breaking down something called pectin in the potato skin. This allows more starch to come out of the potato and form a crusty layer when you roast/fry. Baking soda also helps to neutralize the acid in the potatoes and reduce the cooking time 💕

      I forgot the baking soda and the potatoes were not crispy. I am going to test this next

    Can you cook a mixed veg curry/sabzi please? I do this usually at the end of the week to use up the veg from the week before the next shop but I'd love to see your version.

    Looks delish. Maybe now I can get my husband to eat kale. I have him converted to cauliflower by cooking some of your cauliflower dishes (ie: roasted cauliflower salad). Yum!
