This brings me a question, why do the Microgames disappear into Wario’s mouth when you complete or fail them? Does he have a screen in the back of his mouth? Does he eat the Microgames when they finish? If so I wonder how they taste to him.

First in WWSM when getting chased by a boulder in the Temple of Form down an endless hallway and running indefinitely Second as Wario-Man in DIY Showcase (which I never played), he comes upon an infinite amount of people who can't open an infinite amount of bathroom doors. Now in Move It when he's running for his life from those guard dudes.

Wario became indiana jones in smooth moves when he was running away from the boulder. but in Wario Ware move it. it was replaced by some people!

Just keep violently shaking the last bell until the microgame ends. The timing is lenient but that one can take a while to be read
