Wow, this actually made me cry. This really is beautiful, from the story to the amazing animation. This is breath-taking, and better then most big budget films we have now. This is amazing.

His teammates, his father's teammates,other kids other teenagers, other animal adults, a place like a cruise ship, a hideout,city, 🏙️🌆 his home. 🏠 🏡 A movie theater, a restaurant, dance party club,.a mall, a hotel, a aquarium, a store 🏪, a gas station ⛽, a arcade station. I guess that's all I can think of.

Unless Nail had allowed the boy to kill him after realizing what he had done.
This would've been a perfect movie in theaters for teens and Adults. Blow Studios would've make alot of money from this since their from Spain. This would've been also an amazing TV series like on Netflix or something. I don't know which voice actor could fit for the main protagonist Nail but I always think the man who voices Batman, Kevin Conroy would fit in to voice Nail to give him a good, determination and seriousness voice. This was a dark animated and an amazing short film. This won like 6 awards I heard, It won best short film in 2017 and 2018. The animation is good, Choreography is solid and the violence is well done. Giving this a 10/10. I really hope some big youtubers like Penguinz0, Markiplier, etc reacts to this and gives Blow Studio a big shoutout
If Kevin Conroy would still be alive today, I would absolutely fell in love with him doing Nail in a heartbeat, Kevin is a talented man with a talented voice for the Dark Knight himself and I think he would kick some ass voicing Nail. I really wish he never leave us behind after hearing the news in November. I missed him dearly..
@@aero-cobalt-zero Yeah. its upsetting Kevin is no longer with us. The 2nd choice to voice Nail IMO be either Adam Driver or Keanu Reeves since they do a great job also for their voices

The 2 most affected Characters in the story setting are the Siamese cat whos father was killed and the young kit whose father he had killed as well. In this case though, it's the metaphors applicable meaning, what it represents. To keep punishing those that we deem cruel In a vicious cycle of vengeance and hate makes us no better than them. When the young Siamese cats Father was killed right in front of his Eyes He was filled with hurt and sorrow which sadly transformed into anger and hate. From the apparent flashbacks connecting to the present he swore vengeance and moved into enemy territory to exact Said vengeance. By achieving this though , he perpetuated This cycle of hate. That much is Clear in the end scene for this film.

I would really like to see a sequel to this video one day and see where this goes. It could start out as another revenge story but then turns into one of understanding and acceptance, or one of regret in where the guy struggles with what he's done and maybe offers himself to the kid, but at the same time warning the kid that if he does go through with the kill, there will be no going back and the kid will end up like him, in a never ending cycle of vengeance. This is just my two cents of course and I would love to talk with anyone about other possibilities. Either way I'm gonna see what I can do with this.

Beside running away I was expect something like that from the protagonist:
"it wasn't my intention do it in front of you. But you need to know, your father deserved it" *he puts the sword in the sheath and goes near to the kid looking at him* "if this pain will still burn inside you and you looking for revenge...I'll wait for you" *then he stand up and walks away*
This movie really gets to you because the guy with the hammer is terrifying and you want him dead during the fight's duration. And then suddenly you realize that he was a father.

The ending was kinda expected. In these short films about revenge, it's usually always revealed the villain that the protagonist wants revenge on, has a family member who witnesses what happened, and then the protagonist becomes the villain and the family member ends up wanting revenge.
Die as a hero or live to see yourself become the villain, beautiful story telling.

Indeed, you see the archetype genre and kinda knows certain will unfold. Even so it's how you it, This is it. This good production, scenes, story short n to the point let's you know only the bckground needed. Was actually curious if he would or did. Then wondered ' what now" kinda thing. Then it happens. You realize the cycle repeat. He just created his own nemesis. And he has his katana to remind him. AWESOME.

Well as much as its creative with how it tells it story without dialogue which now a days is really rare i think this would just be a good way for a young creator to take insperation from and take some of the elements from what was created here and have that help influence something even better

What we learned in this film: Every Revenge has a consequence and history can repeat itself
Damn! When the boss cat held his hand out like that in mercy, he wasnt begging for his own life, but the other cats life.
Ok, not going to lie, I wasn't expecting the switch of emotions from 6:16-6:33 to be as perfect as it was. I was expecting it to just cut to the kid screaming, but I really felt that. The entire progression felt perfectly natural, and I felt like I was actually feeling the pain that the child was going through. Though I was a bit confused at the beginning of this film (reminds me a bit of a Studio Ghibli film), the animation, sound design, plot, character development, etc. was absolutely perfect. This video needs to be studied in film classes. Props to you, my good sir, for such an amazing performance.

but running away strikes me as a youthful "i cant handle the consequence of my actions" type mindset. so i cant blame him.
he spent his whole life gathering strength for revenge, so he could not see wisdom.
was it just me or did anyone elses get the feel of a teenage mutant ninja turtle feel for this short. even tho it was about cats...cause i sure did and i loved it

i mostly saw TMNT if anything. what gave it away was when the cat put on the mask and the first thing that came to mind was cassy jones lol

This was awesome! I'd watch the he'll outta a series like this! Its a cartoon with cats but so raw and violent! Less than 10min n still told a good story! Well done!

Damn I didn’t want big cat dead, it honestly looked like he regretted his actions. Full on “what have I done” vibe to him too, and it had me think he had a kid. Put his hands up I was like, he doesn’t want to fight bro come on! Classic repeat cycle story, love these.
