Because: 1- Location looks very dodgy and not actually in Bhaisepati awas 2- For Nepal the size of the living room is too small. Unless it's a very young family, tetro paisa tirera no one is expecting such a small living space regardless of double height ceiling. It is not practical. The second living space is just not practical, sofa looks crowded there. 3- There is no garden area at all 4- They have used Italian Marble on a 8 ana property. No one needs Italian marble in that space. Maybe if the house was a palatial 2+ Ropani villa but this is an upper middle class property. People want the look but lower in price, why would I pay for a mistake the builder decided to make?
