    You shown the Foxwood Village clubhouse while talking about Foxwood Lake Estates. The difference between the adjacent communities is you own the land in the Foxwood Lake Estates.
    (No lot rent)

    I've just bought further west in the 'Wellington' in Spring Hill. There are a couple of great communities in the area. We are close to the beaches and only 45 minutes to Tampa airport.

    I would like to see more of the new DelWeb in Minneola and Viera. I live in California and would like to see a video on those two areas growth and possible price ranges.

    We have check at cypress lakes very nice by HOA fees do u mean lot rent?they told us there is no HOA in there …

      Hi Angela, technically yes, they would be considered more along the lines of lot rent/maintenance fees, but there are some lots that are owned as well - so the fees vary depending on whether you own or rent the land. There is an HOA for the community that is $15 annually to be a member of.
