@Eurasia Irish Gaelic is not required to study there, though they have English requirements if you are an international student wanting to apply. The fees depend on different factors, check the TCD website or contact someone from the faculty to learn more about funding and accommodation.
I recently visited and was in absolute awe of its beauty. The book of Kells was incredible and the atmosphere seeps in beautiful history. I would highly recommend a visit. I loved Ireland and will definitely be back.
This library and the library of Congress are the two most beautiful and impressive ones I've visited by far. I hear the Moscow state library is really impressive to and the New York public library as well, But I haven't been to those yet I'll have to wait until I can judge honestly.
I even fell in love with Dublin and Ireland before I managed to set my foot there. ♡♡
