    It is so good to see Kirk Cameron! I was one of those who mocked him back in the day but who later saw his wisdom in his convictions. Full respect to Kirk. Love the Left Brhind movies he did and wish he would do more. It's nothing short of a miracle that Kirk and his sister survived Hollywood at all.

    The conversation about miracles around minutes 43 to 48 hit me deep. I've been trying to build a relationship with God and religion these past few years but it's a struggle as I'm filled with doubt, and I often wish I could have a "sign" from God. I'm jealous of born again Christians who have stories of miracles or God speaking to them as it seems like they were "hit" with faith and have never faced any doubts since then. Kirk's story made me realize that I too had a complete and very quick change of heart, like suddenly my tastes and preferences matched the scripture when they definitely didn't before. And I've been waiting for a sign that I've already received but ignored. Anyways sorry for the long comment but this segment made my heart feel lighter and I'm grateful for these 2 great men 💜

    John Adams (1734-1826), a Founding Father and the second president of the United States, said that "Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other".
    Our culture was better in every way imaginable when more people believed. America was blessed. Now look at us. I kno how my own heart changed. There is just no way it's not true. Jesus Christ is THE way, THE truth, and THE life. My Lord and Savior out of this mess and I kno it.

    Kirk is a true example of how God performs miracles for the good of all. He had a really hard time being in the spotlight as a young person and he chose God over fame and has become a true light for the lord. Thank you Kirk

    I don’t know if this was the goal, but I’ve always looked at Kirk as a bit of bible thumper. Shame on me. Seems like a decent man. I’ll have a more open mind when I listen to him moving forward. Good dad. Good guy.

    The whole protestant view of the praying to the saints is necromancy was interesting to watch Michael navigate. Kirk didn't hold back and didn't budge on his view of that practice and I find that so honorable. The fact that they can agree to disagree and still love each other despite their theological differences and peacefully make their opposing views known is refreshing.

      It is honorable that he held to his ignorant view so steadfastly, and I do mean that sincerely. I pray he follows it up with reading the church fathers, so he can understand the universal teaching and interpretation of scripture from the earliest days (and far beyond, because it was a Jewish teaching that Jesus himself followed) on the matter.
      Kirk is a great person, and he deserves the best in life.

    The problem I have as a Protestant with praying to saints is that it necessarily imbues the saints with attributes of omnipresence and/or omniscience (because how else would they hear your prayers?) but the Bible only gives those attributes to God.

      Acts 19:11-12, describes how people touched Paul's body with their handkerchiefs and aprons and then used those items to heal the sick. They used Paul’s intercession after his death via relics.

    Whoever wrote that "Nic Cage Buck Williams" question needs to be FIRED. Anyone who's even LOOKED AT THE DVD COVER (where Nic is DRESSED IN A PILOT UNIFORM), let alone WATCHED the movie, and knows ANYTHING about Left Behind, knows that Cage was playing RAYFORD, not Buck. SERIOUSLY, people, DUE DILIGENCE!!!

    I came to know Christ in jail in 2013 by reading a book, "Overcoming spiritual blindness" by James P. Gills MD. The veil was taken off my eyes. Heaven came through for me in my finances too, getting $25,000 monthly. I can support God's work and give back to my community. God is absolutely more than enough!

    I think Kirk's answer related to AI regulations that ended with their agreement that a people who doesn't conduct themselves by essentially the golden rule are not fit for freedom is what all the other issues of our day boil down to. It seems as though humanity has reached the age that will determine whether or not it will graduate to adulthood or halt the progression.

    As far as the adultery situation is concerned, it doesn't even what's in your heart. You're not supposed to do that act with somebody. You have made yourself one with another and that is breaking it. The only way that that act wouldn't be adultery is if it was forced upon you.

    9:00 I agree. However, this last year my wife cheated on me and broke up our family, and now my kids have to go to public school because there isn't a stay at home parent that can homeschool them. How do you navigate a situation like that?

      I’ve watched multiple single or working moms homeschool or use a church Christian school. A huge factor is if you have full custody.
      Edit: if you don’t have a good church, I would say it would be insanely difficult.

    20:00 The bible says that the Hebrews were building with bricks made of mud and clay. So definitely not the pyramids. It actually says the name of the town they were building as slaves and the town where Joseph built his grain silos generations earlier. Neither are the Pyramids. As for "pre flood" pyramids, they are made of limestone. That is a type of stone formed by the accumulation of shells, corals, algae, etc. deposited at the bottom of the ocean and compressed by the weight of deep water... In other words, the stone the pyramids are made of was formed by a flood like event that submerged Egypt where the stone was quarried. So, it is most likely the pyramids were built after the flood, but long before Joseph.

    39:43 the main difference is that when I ask my friend to pray, he had no previous knowledge of what I am asking him to pray about.
    While, on the other hand, the saints in heaven probably are already praying (and already know what to pray for) or are performing other activites.

      Nowhere in the Bible does it say to pray to the saints. The so called saints were people just like us. I think praying to the saints is really whichcraft, because you're praying to the dead. Kirk gives a very good answer.

      I thought of this verse after a conversation on this topic last week, “there is one Mediator between God and man, the Man, Christ Jesus.” I believe the Bible and that’s it’s saying there’s only One person to pray to.

    This is so funny! After watching Matt Walsh explain how he cried on the spot. They asked him if he dug down deep into his emotions, and he was like, no, I just cried on the spot. I just pretended, and there it was.😂

    I love this game. I love that the semantic interpretation of the prompt has more to do with being correct than actually being correct. I'd love to have 2-3 days of practice playing Michael without drinking before the real game starts.

    When Kirk said, "Women want strong, masculine men who provide and protect", it hit such a nerve! That is what I long for! We aren't all nutty feminists. We long to be lovely and feminine, protected by Godly masculinity.

      Unfortunately allot of young Christian men are shying away from it. I had a friend of mine state he didn't want to "get muscle" along with him not wanting to learn many practical skills.

If anyone could overhear me and my sisters, they'd probably laugh at how much we ramble (half-jokingly) about wanting tough, manly, classy guys. We probably sound desperate. But there aren't any, in our circle anyhow, to even give us options!

    ONE of the Best, or THE BEST, movie that I've ever seen of Kirk's is Fireproof. It is SUCH a WELL DONE movie, on every level, and it is SO relevant to my own life, and experiences with being married. Twice. And, sadly, divorced, twice. Neither of my marriages were "success stories", but your movie made Caleb's story still just so relevant to me. In the emotions, brokenness, dependency on God, His Word, and His Promises. And the peace of mind that I have, knowing that, as flawed as I was, am, and will be, until I go to Jesus, or He comes for me, makes Fireproof one of my Top 5 movies. Ever. I may never know, this side of Heaven, why neither of the marriages that I went through didn't work out, though I have my speculations, I trust in Jesus, His Word, His Life, His Presence.

    Thank you, Michael for continuing to speak up for the defense of the dignity of life. Could you please interview Lila Rose because I'm confused by her. Trump's not perfect, no one is, and I hope people don't make perfection the enemy of the good. Imo, he's the best defender of the dignity of life for the born and unborn. He was almost just murdered for a third time. He's constantly persecuted and almost jailed.
    John 15:13 No one has greater love than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
    There's more aspects to the dignity of life such as with wars, kids' education, our borders, being able to feed/clothe/shelter families, being more equip for educating on the dignity of life, which I don't think many consider- Trump's got my vote again because I think he will help the most good and limit the most bad. There is no moral compromise.
    This is in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It is our moral duty to vote-
    2240 Submission to authority and co-responsibility for the common good make it morally obligatory to pay taxes, to exercise the right to vote, and to defend one's country:
    Pay to all of them their dues, taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, respect to whom respect is due, honor to whom honor is due.

    I believe every single individual no matter our past or present story, which is informed by our personality, which is shaped by our faith, upbringing, tastes, culture, intelligence, finances, health, choices, traumas from the moment we were conceived, our life is a precious gift. The human person, having both body and spiritual and immortal soul, is only created for his or her sake, meaning he or she is not utility property. We were made in the image and likeness of God, who I believe to be Goodness, who is Love, which, imo, means each individual is made good, and is made to love and be loved.

    My friends and I, in the late seventies, as 8th-10th graders, used to take stacks of pictures of each other in different clothes, etc., just for fun. Kind of the selfie of the time. And though I am way more present on social media than my husband, that does not make me a lib or anything. I am just more social in every way than he is.

    Fun game! I don't know if I have the same stance on the kissing actors question, though. Sex, yes, but kissing alone has been made sexualized in cases where it isn't. Some cultures kiss everyone on the mouth. Now I really respect Kirk and Michael's view, and these days it's certainly safer for Christians to just not go there in acting. But I admit to enjoying classic Old Hollywood kiss scenes. And if you believe that whatever you do in a movie role affects you in real life, you'd have to be consistent and never play a liar, thief, murderer, cheat, or any immoral character, or portray immoral acts. Sometimes it's necessary. How it's done is the issue, I believe.
