I looked for it. It says it's 2 in 1. As a person with very thin and eaily affected hair, now I'm scared. Is it really alright for hair given it's also a body wash? Also have you tried the conditioner too?

but if you have fine and thin first you should get a HB test or you may be iron deficient because it effects the hair health greatly.
so first you should focus on your health in my opinion but also this can be genetic.
