Mohamed shehata Thank you. Also, when I try to measure the distance between two amino acids using the Tk console, I receive an error message when I type ‘ source distance.tcl’. Why might this be?

hit ls in the console to get sure you have the file in ur working directory and also don't forget to run vmd as administrator
