We had non core to core mod on so I got the full manpower and resources with no garrison anyway. But I’ll keep that in mind when we don’t have the mod bc I didn’t know that

I played El Salvador and joined japans faction, then they got capped by the USA (who I was not at war with, but only at war with china) then china annexed me in the peace deal and I lost 😅
