- This is the second battle in a short series (informally titled 'Dragon's Roar Rebellion') featuring various EX3 Dorbickmon builds. The second I'm testing out is Gammamon as its entire evolution line is either Dragonkin or Ceratopsian. The inclusion of Dorbick gives the deck a potential Lv.6 that can absorb the main effects of the various Gamma cards using the power of Canoweissmon's inheritable, enabling sudden massive destruction and damage. Will the four colours of Gamma survive this Trial of the Four Great Dragons?

Dorbickmon has sooo much synergie with the whole Gammamon Evolution line. If you manage to get the right digicross sources underneath it you get a 12k with piercing, blitz, retaliation, can't be blocked and with the Hiro's in play security attack +1 and +2k!!!!! Sad to see it loosing again but it was a close and entertaining match. Hope the 3rd Drobick brother restores the families reputation.
In legends, that being is known as... AVATAR DORBICKMON. Though the sad part is to give Dorbick all 4 of their effects, the 5th material needs to be Canoweiss. And without Gammamon in evo cards, Dorbick cannot gain SA+ from 3 cost Hiro. So ironically, better to remove Betel and put a regular Gammamon instead haha. After all, [On Evolve] Blitz ain't helpful for Dorbick unless you run a Lv.7, and you can't do this the turn you play Dorbick cos his is exclusive to him and won't carry over to the Lv.7 either.
@@rustmarrow Your right!!! Totally missed the "usslessness" of Blitz and the Promo Hiro effect conditions. A Gammamon instead of the Betelgammamon is the by far better play. Thank you for your answer. Looking forward to your next video
@@rustmarrowif the on play Gammamon is in Dorbickmon's sources does it trigger and delete a 2000 dp or less when Dorbickmon is digi xros'd?

Man, even with all that drawing, the klausgammamon not showing up was ultimately the downfall of the second dorbick brother

I really enjoy the Dorbick synergies! My own list is currently running Kimeramon and BlackWarGreymon to inherit CanoWeissmon's abilities, and giving BWG Blitz with BetelGammamon is a great way to push upwards to 4-5 checks on a single turn. Can't wait for them to publish the actual final evolutions of the Gammamon line so we can have some more goodness.

I feel obligated to make every Dorbick build that becomes possible in the future now LOL. But honestly all this research has made me kinda peeved at the amount of Dragon/saur lines that suddenly change into Cyborgs halfway and throw their potential Dorbick synergy out the window
@@rustmarrow Yeeeeeeeeeeah. I was looking into it myself. Whether you go Skullgreymon or Metalgreymon, you yeet to undead or Cyborg territory.
Wargrowlmon does the same thing, but you could utilize x-antibody options as well to offset this.

Man, Gamma/Dorb is my favourite of the Dorbickmon variants. Shame to see it lose.
I was praying so hard for KausGammamon at the end... He's usually the least popular in Gamma decks but this match really reminded me how clutch he can be
Loved all this!! I'm not the biggest fan of Betel in this deck since Blitz can be pretty useless for it (Canoweiss could use it but its already got such a low evo cost its likely not to matter). Im also a little sad not seeing the return of Kimeramon, but it might have stolen the show from Dorbickmon if it was here.
Ah I get your point, but I do think Betel can be useful for turboing straight from Gamma into Canoweiss for an immediate Blitz attack from 3 Memory (or even 2 if you have 3 Cost Hiro set up but not the 4 Cost). So I do like to run him at 3 but not more. Hes come in clutch for me a few times!
@@rustmarrow I see I see!! Makes sense. Me calling him useless is definetely being too harsh, but with having so many cards we want to run and limited deck space, Betel's just the first on the chopping block for me. Just personal preference.
Oh, I just remembered one other reason why I cut Betel first things first: Kimeramon wants different colored sources, and Betel is the same color as Gammamon and Canoweissmon. And yanno, I just really love Kimeramon XP

I hope gammamon has a blocker evo so it could do everything with the deck . Nice match and synergy with dorbik
Yea, it would open up the possibility of ending your turn by evolving into a Canoweiss with Blocker too - can prevent some early chip damage
