whats the best combination for video door bell and smart lock. i want it for a brand new gate im building, want to be able to lock and unlock for visitors from my phone. and features like auto-unlock by bluetooth range would be good
Hi Kamyar, So far the best integration for smart lock with a doorbell camera is the Schlage Encode Smart WiFi Deadbolt and the Rind Video Doorbell. Both products works with Amazon Key app and combination with the ring app you’ll be able to see when someone is at your door with the live video and gain access remotely from the same live view video Without hassle of switching to another app to unlock/lock the door. Other functions to control the smart lock and all the other features will be available with the Amazon Key app etc. Watch my full video for more information.
