One thing about you animation is that guns dont make sense is that the pyro had shell Casings in him instead of the actual bullet but over good sfm and scout needs trigger discipline
Here's my take/theroy on how this world works. The entire network of servers is a society, and server acts like a "location" with no fixed size. Now, from episode 1 and 2, we can infer that the red vs blu thing is still happening, but it's more of a job rather than anything serious, at worst people aren't able to frag with their buddies sometimes. I am going to assume that most game mechanics work perfectly fine as long as there isn't too much distortion, judging by the fact the Pyro was worried he would die if he was shot by the magnum opus, yet spychecking and sandwich throwing worked fine in episode 2. However, any amount of distortion WILL disable respawns and cause death to be permanent. It's implied that the distortion comes from somewhere beyond the servers and is a "natural" thing, given that all those zombie pyros invaded the server after it got wrecked in the first video, and the vagineers are agents of it. Local VAC teams seems mostly equipped to handle cheaters, greifers, and exploiters, and have no knowledge of distortion related events judging how they reacted to the acoleyete.

I think the world in ep 1 is the alien world. Aliens created blood portal and invaded normal dimension. You can see how the ep 1 and infected are similar. They are like the drunk sfm animations. At least i think that my theory is valid
The part I love the most in this episode is the infected Heavy who just...cannot compute what had happened, and returned to normal just to say that one line.
This man found a use for the cursed pyro face model in a high quality SFM series. Also, I can't imagine the pain you must've endured just to make one episode considering how buggy SFM can be according to LP.
This really reminds me of Engineer's Friendly Foe. The DIstorted can infect others, and same as the unknown species in Engineer's Friendly Foe. This reminds me of Sweet Home too. All monsters had to be burned with fire, and same as the Distorted.
watching this episode in reverse actually helped me understand these monsters a lot better actually. during the sentry part, the solder kept trying to tell everyone to stay put because of the sentry, the others weren't listening, and only the demo listened, saying "oh i'm ready lad. let's go cause some more trouble". first time watching these, i legit thought their lines were just twisted around to the point where it just sounded like gibberish......nope. that's just what reversed audio sounds like XD
So we've got a Stand-wielding soldier essentially trying to fix the Matrix, a Jotaro Heavy that can apparently travel through dimensions, and now a mechanic, a robot, and a reformed ex-con fighting Vagimercs. Needless to say, I'm hooked. If I have this right, there's a little robot that essentially turns people into their Distorted counterparts. Sorta like a sentient Stone Mask. Symptoms include an oversized mouth shaped like a vagina, reversed speech, and blue glowing eyes. Some other figures appeared in the post-credits scene of EP 1 with glowing eyes, undoubtedly high-ranking Distorted. The mutant medic that sabotaged the electricity in the previous episode was among them (you can make out his silhouette), meaning the Distortion is somehow involved in the server shutdowns. Perhaps the DIO-esque Spy in EP 2 is a mutated version of a Distorted Spy that permanently has a more human face and actually comprehensible speech, albeit without the blue eyes. One thing's for certain: the 5 heroes' paths are eventually gonna cross and confront the harbinger of the Vagipocalypse in an attempt to restore order and life to the TF2 servers. Maybe DIOSpy (SPIO?) will make a second debut? I don't know.

The first time I saw it I was scared as fuck, I don’t even know what to say about it, if I was sleeping and I woke up and saw that thing staring at me I’d shit myself 10 times over
This whole sfm series is so underrated and unappreciated it’s astounding you don’t have more viewers...CURRENTLY that is. If you continue to put out magnificent content animations and brilliant ideas on this kind of storytelling flow that you’ve had for this series then in no time I have no doubt that you will grow and become a very large sfm influence on this community. I’ll be honest, the sfm community has slowed over the past years. Less content being put out then once was n less flushed out stories such as this being thought up as well. I will say though with these videos being created and your amazing crafting of scenes and angles, you can bring life back into sfm as a whole if you continue to do what your doing. This part turned out to be even better than the last, holy crap. I love how you kept the horror athmosphere and added to it with some exciting and intense combat sequences to change things up from the last episode. The part with the Pyro had on me on edge for some reason as he didn't seem to die as easily compared to other infected. Later on, the introduction of the Robo-Scout kinda worried me as I thought he would die in the next 3 mins but I was proven wrong. He became such a fricking badass that his entire combat sequence was my favourite part of the whole episode. I am looking forward to what you do next. The story is really interesting and I am theorising that you are gonna do some sort of an Avengers event with all the protagonists meeting and facing the invasion together. Keep it up mate, love your work X3

Dude, these are seriously impressive. And the rate you turn them out is no small feat either. Although you may be focusing on these to the point it gives you that freedom. If that's the case, don't be afraid to slow down every now and again, or ask for help if you feel comfortable doing that.
Honestly the bonk bot seemed to good to be true but it really pulled through! That pyro was so fucking creepy and Fixer at the end is starting to scare me an I think you executed the mask guys charicter and the comedy really well! Just one little critique though (if you can ) make the particle effects go a TAD slower, they are nearly at the point where they are flying through the air. But other wise really good sfm! I can't wait to see more from you!
Honestly, I hate this. ..Hate how there aren't more of these to watch!! The animation is incredible and the story just keeps you invested enough to keep checking if a new episode came out, and I can't wait until the next one!
I like how every of those 4 parts have their own style of animation, probably, for more horror atmosphere, i would recommend you to use "in game" animation style from EP2, it looks like those 13 years old machinimas and makes it more unusual to see, but its probably just me. Loved how after a while of fighting the just-turned distorted pyro, Jumpsuit was like "Yeah this has gone on long enough" and then killed the distorted pyro with his knife
I think it's just like an optional thing. The distorted are still infected, but they sometimes switch to looking normal to communicate in human tongue.

Honestly the bonk bot seemed to good to be true but it really pulled through! That pyro was so fucking creepy and Fixer at the end is starting to scare me an I think you executed the mask guys charicter and the comedy really well! Just one little critique though (if you can ) make the particle effects go a TAD slower, they are nearly at the point where they are flying through the air. But other wise really good sfm! I can't wait to see more from you!

I like how every of those 4 parts have their own style of animation, probably, for more horror atmosphere, i would recommend you to use "in game" animation style from EP2, it looks like those 13 years old machinimas and makes it more unusual to see, but its probably just me.

I think it's just like an optional thing. The distorted are still infected, but they sometimes switch to looking normal to communicate in human tongue.
