In case some don't get it, some asians think if you get cursed, you sneeze. Hanzo is essentially cursing his brother to die for realzies by praying for him.
In my country, it means someone is mentioning you.
Sames goes for 90% of Europe... Maybe the author of the comic wasn't aware of that? :P
