We reached Jahaz Banda after a 3 hrs trekking from Takai Banda. After having spent night at the mesmerizing place, we were ready to hike to #Jahaz_Banda_Lake the next day. Jahaz Banda lake is situated in upper reaches of #Kumrat_valley at an elevation of 10800 ft. We named it lower Katora lake. It took 1.5 hrs to reach Jahaz Banda Lake from Jahaz Banda. All the way, we kept praising Allah for its ultimate beauty bestowed to this place. Initially hiking was a medium level but as we were getting closer to our destination, tough hiking started. After spending half an hr at the bank of Jahaz Banda lake, we decided to start #trekking_to_Katora_Lake although local hotel owner was of the view that we should dare to hike to Katora lake due to large number of glaciers on the way. We took risk but and crossed number of glaciers and rocks. At one point there was only snow desert that brought down our morale. So we imagined frozen Katora lake for a moment and didn't really move further forward.
My drone tried its best but could only capture the spill way of Katora Lake.

Q ke jab ham katora lake pohanche to waha barish start hogai or paoun phisal rahe the ... ek taraf neche khai or ik taraf pahar or darmiyan me tang phisalne wala rasta and that was the most thrilling movemnet of my life. to dil ko mazboot karke jayen.

Ap ko guide rakhna chaheye tha...wo apko behtar rastay sy lay kar jata...dosra ye k trekking month ghalat select kiya ap ny..apko july main Jana chaheye tha...glacier melt milta apko...hum ny july main trek kiya tha aur ruk ruk kar bhi 2 hours and 45 minutes main pohanch gay thy...guide buhut achay thay hamaray sath Imran bhai from jahaz banda..unho ny buhut achay track per trek karaya..Alhumdulilah

On 22nd of August I have trekked Katora Lake and Aabshaar one and two it was near 9-10 hours trek.
Kumrat and J, Banda is extremely beautiful place just like a heaven on earth.

Cleanliness of the place makes it extremely beautiful. Look fairy meadows is not anymore beautiful since hotels and camps are erected in the meadows.

excellent work, i am amazed by the beauty of this place even thou i have seen many beautiful places of Pakistan and couldnt think something can still amaze me this much, would have been cherry on top if we could see the Katora Lake but next time maybe. I would like to appreciate for keeping us entertained and giving the important information throughout the journey kept us hooked and great video and drone Shots.
I have few queries if you could answer that which year, month and dates you went here? and what gadget you used to film this and did you do any post video editing to add the more green effects as other videos i have seen seem more bright and less green maybe its weather diff, gadget diff or maybe you added bit of filter, editing which is fine too. Again great vlog

I went there on 12 June 2020 and used DJI mavic 2 drone, Note 10 cam with gimbal and that's it. Well during editing I try my best to show the true colors that I experience being at that place. You know camera doesn't capture the true colors so there is a bit of filter added to show my eyes experienced exactly.
