The Portland Poem : Vol 1 by Mike Alder

A poem wrote about the city of Portland by yours truly. I moved to Oregon in 2005 and have watched Portland change over the years. I still love the city though. Through protests and riots and homelessness and gun violence. The bad has definitely come with the good. Watching the people show their passion for The Portland Timbers and Trailblazers. From the Waterfront to the suburbs Portland Oregon is my home away from home and I have nothing but love for it. The city is full of beauty which which definitely includes it's people.
