Neer dosa has a cousin in Kerala , called Appam. But Appam is thicker and fermented overnight with yeast and sugar, then it won't crack 👍
Neer dosa with grated coconut and sugar is heavenly 👍
Tastes good with jaggary , grated coconut elaichi powder , a little ghee and I add sesame seeds for more nutrition . It's heavenly ❤
