    Nice ... a nice way to enter a radius as R= Perimeter/2π . I 've tried also =3600/(2*pi()) ... it works . The slope is quite crucial, you can extend the ramp from level to another level either by 2 ways: increasing the slope (= decreasing the number in Ramp max slope 1/x) or simply increasing the ramp radius & thus the perimeter, if you dont want to change the slope. but because Revit does not allow a complete circle there will always be a small shortage in the ramp length. I dont know if that is accepted in working drawings
