Finally getting a chance to finish watching. It's cold here, so I'm cuddled up in my bed with my stitching and FlossTube. I absolutely LOVE the Bee Queen! I need that!!! My suggestion is to have a "focus piece" each month that you dedicate x amount of days or stitches on. You could either keep the same focus piece until it's done or rotate through your bigger projects. This year, I chose a focus piece that I stitched on every other week until it was done. You could be a seasonal stitcher on smaller projects during the weeks you don't stitch on your focus piece. The snowman on the petit point fabric is going to be so pretty! The river of life floss!!!!! Soooo gorgeous!!!! All of your stitching is beautiful, Kandy!

I would absolutely cry if I had to redo my wip parade! Thank you so much for re-filming it. Coming from someone who is STRUGGLING with the Glitter Village pieces, I suggest changing the fabric if you aren’t enjoying it. The piece takes a lot of time and doubly so if you are unhappy with the fabric. I wish I had switched out my fabric long ago. When I did WIPGO, I would use that to move forward my larger projects - I never really used WIPGO to finish pieces. Year of Wips pieces I do intend to finish. I don’t know if that helps you think about your projects, but that’s what worked for me. And YAY for 2025 planning!! 😂😂😂❤❤
Kandy, I love that you do mental health May!!!! I will be joining you this year. As an adult woman with ADHD, (diagnosed at 35, now I’m 63) who also struggles with depression, it’s important that we make others aware, specially other woman. The connection with ADHD and depression is significant. Specially, in women because we don’t fit the typical definition for ADHD. Thank you for this great event!
Enjoyed watching all of New Year’s Eve. We stayed home and I stitched while watching. Like you, 1 strand for 18 count Aida 99% of the time. Time for me to say good night and Happy New Year to everyone!!!
