thx for your advice ! - didn't notice the rubber plungers are asymmetrical :D - unavoidable one of the screws fell off into the grinder, but it came back without problems holding it upside down. One ist for shure, even if you're a lazy bear, after 500 double shots the inner outlet is completely clogged and flapper and outlet need a good clean - there was quite a lot crusted ground coffee stuck inside. Should clean it regularly...
In my DF83 i also needed to little bit loosen those 4 screws (hex screws in my case), chute cover did not move before that. Not fully remove those but just little bit loosen, after that chute cover almost dropped right away.
If put in 180 degrees off, might be fine, might not be aligned. never know. If you grind seems really far off, can always flip 180 to see if it goes back to the way it was before.

Do you experience the grinder getting stuck when using the hopper?
Would the mythos screen help reduce regrinding and fines?
if the burrs are reinserted 180degrees out by mistake how would you tell if you continued to re-zero?

What do you do if you forget to mark the correct orientation when taking it apart?
run the chance of the grinder not being aligned properly.
Hello Joe, one of the screws ended up inside the grinder… don’t know how to take it out!! Any help would be great….
I usually tilt on its side and shake lightly until it comes out
