I strive to make videos that get to the point quickly and effectively. I dont like to durdle... youtube rewards that kinda behavior though which is the problem unfortunately. I simply dont care
yeah im not a fan of this "bad luck prevention" bullshit. I guess to many people cried on reddit about not getting their 1/500 in 650 kills and they decided oh thats ok sweety we will make your rng based point game less rng based. its also stupid as hell that we cant see our progress. Im 400 kills deep with no vestage, and we have no way of knowing how close we are to getting this drop, so if i were to leave I'd be wasting effectively 1 or 2 "rolls" on this drop for the vestage so Im literally trapped here until I get the drop or im wasting 80 or 160m respectively. Its a bad system. The bell curve is a bell curve. some people get lucky, some people dont. get over it, stop giving us this shitty bad luck prevention shit
Dont get me wrong i dont mind going dry for an item sometimes. I get spooned pet after pet for some reason.. but just the fact that we dont get to know what # we have rolled out of the 3 we need is insane. I literally cant leave the boss until i get the drop because if i leave now its a sunk cost loss of 80m or 160m or 0. We just cant know. Secondarily, if the "bad luck" prevention keeps going why not just let us spend kill count to get the item we want if they push us close and closer to "expected drop rates" with this type of luck prevention. This is a massive step in the wrong direction, and i will be making a video discussing it once i get my vestage so im not as pissy
@@Bokusa would you prefer if it was closer to hydra or muspah bad luck mitigation? where it shows you each piece for clear progress? this type of bad luck preventions purpose seems to be to make less people go 3x or 4x dry, not to help someone make decisions whether they should try to go for rate or not. i feel like this type of drop mechanic is still better than if it was just a flat 1/720 for the drop, at least if you're at 400-500kc you can assume you're somewhat closer to the drop compared to the normal system where you can be 2000kc and the drop is just as far away as it was at 1kc...
@@Ghrenix I ended up getting my vestige a little early at 671 kc before the drop rates were buffed. I was there for easily 24 in game hours, probably a little more. I think all it would take would be to tell the player when they've hit the table for it to work out for me personally. There needs t be some sort of indicator as to when the player hits the table. It takes literally (on average) 8+hrs to roll the table... the least they can do is give us some type of indicator
Hitting the vestige grants NON-unique loot, so there is no way of knowing how close you are sadly :(
This makes me sad. Very sad
just get the drop bro, ez game
Crap machanic if you ask me. If you hit the unique table you should get a unique
I’m Ironman and using a whip so my kills are a little slower. I seem to always take damage from the smoke balls
Nice quick guide, wish more were to the point like this lol

yeah sorry brother but unique = no roll at ring rip
