Hey Alisha! My advice for getting signings from signing services is to call them. I’ve done well over 500 signings and I still have to do that. After you get the notification and hit accept, google the signing service, call them and tell them you want the signing. Hope that helps!
Hi Keenly!!! Thank you for the advice! I will most definitely try that for the ones I can on the weekend. I get a lot of signing notifications for the early morning or evenings and of course I'm at work. Do you get more for mornings or late evenings?

This is the video I've needed. I was about to take a certification course for notary signing agent, but once I researched and found that GA is an attorney state, I figured it would be difficult to get work. I was looking for someone to give me the real deal before I invested in the course. So, thank you! I am not going to pursue this right now, since it seems to be a struggle to get work. This has helped me confirm my decision.
Hi!!! Thank you for watching!! Georgia is a whole different ball game in Notary signing agents. Because it is a attorney state most title companies and closing attorneys offices have their own notaries. So it hard to find a client. But please don't let that stop you because becoming a notary can come in handy for some jobs like mines! And if you are in a great part of Ga, general notary work can be a good side hustle for you!!
@@prettyinallpinks thank you. I am already a notary, for my company, and live in the city of Atlanta. I’ll have to do more research to see if a general notary can make any real money.

Facts! Some people prefer to be lied too. You definitely have to market yourself. Investing is the name of the game, in yourself and your business. Keep pushing and separate yourself somehow from others. It supposed to be hard that's why most fail and give up expecting fast results.

Another great video and Im in Georgia also. I was giving serious thought to get started but Im not so sure now after learning you can call yourself a signing agent here. Georgia really sucks major. In Georgia RON (Remote Online Notary) is one of few states that don't allow it. I don't understand the problem but I guess the powers that be dont like us being independent.

I just moved here from California where I had alot of business as a signing agent. I am signed up with many National Companies, how do you handle signing documents from Escrow States here as they do not require Attorneys?

Asking for clarity, so we can’t say that we are loan signing agents verbally but can we still sign off on loans ? Look at it like this, I’m asking about the The verbiage specifically. For example of physicians assistant can’t say they are a doctor but often times they do everything that Dr. can, with that same logic we can’t call ourselves a loan signing agent but are we still able to sign loans?

I was watching another You Tuber that was saying the insurance amount matters. I am still in the process of waiting to be certified & just trying to do some due diligence. Thanks again.
Hi!! I'm happy to share my experiences with you all. I carry $100,000 E&O. Some companies do require that you hold at least that much. If I'm not mistaken, signing companies don't but if you are thinking about going direct you will need about that much. I purchased mines through NNA. I thought it was the most reasonable price and companies know it's truly accredited.

Hi & I love your name!!!💕 yes, I did go through them for my certification, insurance, & background check. It was easier for me and they are creditable so I knew signing companies would recognize
Not sure I would be comfortable with sensitive information being printed in a public place. That’s a bit concerning. I appreciate the honesty though. The information is helpful.

I wanted to do this on weekends Saturday and Sundays. I have another job but should I get a another phone for for notary business and how advertise? Could I meet them in a public place? Also can you marry a couple?
Hi Jane!! I've ran into most signings not happening on weekends like I wanted to! Some Saturday mornings but most of your general notary work will be good for weekends. I do not have a 2nd phone as of yet because I'm just not busy like that with notary work. The meeting place is set by title company or client which is mostly their homes. A notary can not marry anyone however you can get that certification to do so.
Also could you tell me how and where do I need to go to sign up for it and get my seals femp could you tell me more about it please

I got my certification through NNA. I also just did research on signing services as well a Facebook group and signed up for those companies.
So you in Ga the only certification that you need is notary not loan signing certificate?

No. Georgia is not authorized for online notarizations.

Ron is used in Georgia now but it’s only under a temporary ruling. Hopefully it will change. Hope this help.

Where did u get training?
I honestly think you are kind of on the negative side. It takes a lot of marketing and hard work. You cannot only wait on signing services, you have to market yourself. It takes patience in any entrepreneurial journey. If you don’t have patience and determination you will never succeed as an entrepreneur. I hope this helps keep pushing forward!
Hi! Thank you for your comment. But as I've mention in my videos, that it is hard work in this business. I'm not giving the negative side, my side is the truth! You can't always expect to hear the positive side when there is a negative side that people need to hear. I'm in the business so I can't be negative to something I'm trying to make a living out of. If you have watch my other videos then you have known I've said to make sure to sign up for services and market your business. I've even shown my marketing materials. So thank you for not really gasping the concept of realness from negativity.
She clearly said, “YOU HAVE TO MARKET YOURSELF.” How is that negative? Throughout the video she says, “DONT BE DISCOURAGED.” Other RUclipsrs make content, ebooks etc to sell lies. You must like being lied to.
