Fun part is, actually the Jailer shows up and speaks a lot, yet is so unremarkable sylvanas overshadow him despite being the one taking orders.
She should've been our guide through the Shadowlands, as Bolvar was. Trying to thwart the Jailer, yet serving his schemes anyways. 😎
He could have been up there with the lich king as they connected them but they didn't tell the story as it should have been telling us about his past and such so he remains a bad villain.
