When's unlock time for early access in Canada? I heard stuff about timezones... we have one provice that's an hour earlier than the rest... so that'd be 11 PM EST for 90% of the country?

If you change your location to New Zealand you can start playing now. I'm in Canada myself and I just booted the game.
You can play at 12am your time, but go into region settings on your PC and change it too new zealand and you can play now if you bought it on the Microsoft Store. if u bought it on steam like i did, you have too wait until midnight.
Its releasing at midnight in every time zone unless you bought it on Steam, then everyone gets it at 12AM ET. So if you bought on the Microsoft store or Xbox, It won't unlock till midnight your time.

most cars have that whine with the new engine sounds I think it has something to do with the upgrades and not an actual supercharger. Not sure
