The accent is what gives it flavor, but what really makes this is NOT the accent at all. It's how she rides that beat. Listen to how her flow complements and plays with the rhythm.
She makes it look simple, but way too many popular rappers nowadays cannot pull this off. Most of them have the same triplet flow for every single song and their verse just 'sits' on top of the beat, instead of fusing with it and being a part of the groove.
