    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  10 месяцев назад +1

      You're absolutely right; safety when welding is of utmost importance. Not wearing a welding helmet and proper protective gear can be hazardous to the welder's eyes and skin. It's essential to use the appropriate safety equipment, including a welding helmet with a suitable shade to protect against the intense light and heat generated during welding. Safety should always be a top priority in any welding or metalworking process. Thank you for pointing out this important safety concern. 😮🔥🛡️

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  9 месяцев назад +2

      The decision not to blend the right rear door might be influenced by factors such as the extent of damage, customer preferences, or the overall condition of the paint on the vehicle. Sometimes, blending paint involves feathering the color into adjacent panels to achieve a seamless finish. However, in certain repairs, especially when dealing with localized damage, it might be possible to achieve a satisfactory result without blending.

      The compensation for an auto repair worker like Han in China can vary widely depending on factors such as location, experience, and the specific establishment they work for. Skilled auto repair workers can earn a decent income in China, especially in larger cities where the cost of living is relatively higher. However, it's important to note that wage levels can be significantly different between China and the U.S., with U.S. auto repair workers generally earning higher wages.
      Starting and operating an independent auto repair business can also be a viable path for experienced professionals to increase their income and potentially achieve greater financial independence. It's worth considering that entrepreneurial opportunities might differ from one country to another, influenced by factors such as market demand, regulations, and competition.

Ancak, araçlarda meydana gelen kazalar veya hasarlar, bu standartlardan sapmalara neden olabilir. Bu tür durumlarda, profesyonel bir tamirat ve bakım süreci, aracın güvenliği ve performansını yeniden sağlamak için gereklidir.

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  9 месяцев назад +1

      Rozcinanie oryginalnych blach może być wymagane w trudniejszych przypadkach, zwłaszcza jeśli deformacja karoserii jest poważna i nie da się jej wyklepać. Fachowcy w warsztatach samochodowych wykorzystują różne techniki i narzędzia, aby przywrócić uszkodzonym pojazdom ich pierwotny kształt. Często jest to bardziej skomplikowane niż się wydaje na pierwszy rzut oka, i wymaga dokładnego pomiaru oraz umiejętności spawacza i blacharza. Każde podejście zależy od skomplikowania uszkodzeń i dostępnych narzędzi oraz materiałów.

    這……樣修車有什意思;都是切換新材料:感覺都是過度修理而已嗎!

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  10 месяцев назад +1

      您提到的問題是關於車輛修理的方法。 通常,車輛修理是為了將受損部件更換為新部件,以確保車輛的安全和性能。 這種方法通常比完全更換車輛要經濟得多。 修理可以包括替換受損的零件、修復車身結構、重新噴漆等等。
      對於嚴重受損的車輛,修理可能涉及許多零件的更換,但這並不一定意味著過度修理。 修理工通常會根據車輛的具體情況,以確保其符合安全標準和法規。 在某些情況下,車輛修復後仍能夠正常運作多年。
      如果您認為車輛修理已過度,您可以選擇將車輛視為“全損”,這意味著車輛的修理成本將超過其市值。 但這通常取決於您的保險政策和當地的法規。
      無論如何,車輛修理通常是為了延長車輛的壽命,減少資源浪費,並降低環境影響。 如果您有其他問題或需要更多信息,請隨時提出。

      You've raised an important point about structural integrity and the impact of repairs on vehicle safety. When a vehicle has been significantly damaged in an accident, especially in the structural components, there can be concerns about its safety in future accidents. Repairing a vehicle properly to restore its structural integrity is crucial, and it should be done following manufacturer guidelines and industry standards to ensure safety.

      The motor industry relies on the ignorance of the general public to pay for "nice, pretty, shiny things"
      Stick to vintage vehicles for panel beating. Cold frame straightening has the same problems. Ask a mettalurgist.
