Sorry father, I am a victim of such an event. It has been very painful since last year November when I lost mum. I cry every day but I realized that it's taking toll on my health which I am sure my mother would hate. I try to manage day after day and now I am in a better place. If your father will not like to see you sad, try to adjust.

Father it is okay to feel what you are feeling. I went through the pain of losing my dad for ten good years. I have lost two brothers too due to cancer. People I saw go under a lot of pain and suffering. The last was my eldest bro. He was such a strong person. He scammed to cancer. His memory still reigns. The first day I entered into the morgue to see my dad's body, There is one question I asked myself that somehow comforted me. "All these bodies lying here belong to different families. then why would i think our family is so specials? This made me feel that I was not the only one suffering. Many more were. To make the story short Father. Take courage, take as many walks as possible, meet people, go to the gym, talk it out and especially to God. Make visits. Do no stay alone. sing sing sing. God will raise you up once again. My prayer.

The desolation one feels, the loneliness is the same our Lord feels as he waits for us in the blessed sacrament to console him. Take heart, your father is with his Father who's also your Father. He cares for you. Sirach 38:16- 23. I will pray for you and may Mary and St Joseph pray and console you.
