This Cream may stain the clothes. It is better to use a coal-tar based shampoo or soap if you have it on the scalp. During day time use aloe vera gel or coconut oil or neem oil to keep the skin moist and soft. Whichever suits the best. Psoriasis is a hereditary problem and is aggravated with stress. Eat healthy vegetarian diet avoid chicken and red meat. Try to stay relaxed and do yoga, meditation and exercise in open air everyday.
