Butter yeast dough:
490 ... 510 gr. wheat flour
240 ml. milk
2 eggs
70 gr. sugar
6 gr. salt
7 g dry yeast or 21 gr. pressed
60 gr soft butter
Chocolate Filling:
50 gr chocolate (dark or milk)
55 gr. sugar
30 gr wheat flour
20 gr. cocoa powder
1 egg white
75 ml. milk
25 gr butter
a pinch of salt
Syrup:
60 ml. water
60 gr sugar
1 yolk + 1/2 tbsp milk for greasing the cake
Bake the cake at 356 F - 30 ... 35 minutes
