i think the Afterimage modifier is also broken. While it makes ambush attack faster, it also makes him spawn more, making Back for seconds modifier useless
Back For Seconds isn't useless, it increases Ambush's spawnrate heavily (essentially every rush is replaced with ambush). The wiki says afterimage secretly increases ambush's spawnrate, but not like a constant entity spawn like rush.
I havent seen anyone mention it but im pretty sure the "stop right there" modifier is bugged as well. If you load into a game from the lobby with that modifier enabled, A-90 wont show up at all during the run. But if you die and press play again, suddenly it A-90 begins to show up as normal.
I died in Mines during the Cutscene of Grumble After Seek chase on 150 and precisely because A-90 appeared at that moment 💀 (was with INSTA-Kill modifier)
For the eyes one and the voice acting one, that is not glitch, it's just set by Lsplash. Although these things Lsplash change isn't list in update, but these is not call glitch just update only.

There is another bug ifk if they fixed it with yesterday bug patch update but in the hotel 4 eyes and every angle makes it so the eyes that were frok the previous room dont despawn when the bext door is open amd they eill teleport to the room the player is in which makes eyes stack by 4 for every door+ them randomly teleporting around makes it impossible to survive after door 20

And I think ambush's voicelines for "get ready get ready get ready" and "I'm done" bcs once again, it will be too obvious that he spawned and he despawned and u are only meant to know if ambush spawned by his arrival sound and if he despawned by making sure if he doesn't come back (or if his sound sunddenly stops if u have max volume).
7:00 maybe LSPLASH didn't wanted to make players get %5 bonus because if u only activate dripped out its mostly like a normal run without modifiers but u get a %5 bonus

all 3 of the snares modifiers (watch your step, are those pancakes?!, i love pancakes!!!) were broken, as they did not spawn any snares in the mines. They are actually removed from the mines modifiers list now, because it was free 15% on i love pancakes
@ curious light can get in the hotel… if you’ve beat a100 or escaped the backdoor you’d know this. Also red already said due to the bug w the entities not despawning they just reverted the code back for a quick fix so this is coming back
