  • A quick video showing you how I change the brake pads on the Eleglide M1 plus electric bike, this is just a rough how to, (I am by no means a professional at this, always seek the advice of an expert)

Cheers for this mate. You make it as simple as it actually is. Almost all the other vids make out that you MUST remove the wheel to do this but removing the back wheel on a hub motor ebike is a pain in the proverbial. I've new pads to install when I get home this evening, feeling much happier now about the job. Thank you.

I bought them on Amazon, but you can probably find them from many other places, including the eleglide website.

depends on the brake system.......the Eleglide M1 seems to use "old" shimano style pads (that's how my local stockist described them). How I found the right ones for my bike - I checked the eleglide website for spares then looked up similar ones. The locking pin position is an easy way to identify them apparently - each standard has it in a different spot so you kind of can't install the wrong ones.
At least that's how my local guy explained it to me.
