Its great to see sci fi assets properly created for unreal engine. I see so many asset packs that are simply one sided meshes with completely off color values despite being well modeled because the artist doesn't have a working knowledge of how lighting in unreal works. Kudos these look really high quality, I am very tempted to pick them up.

Hi :) Thanks for asking! You can learn to make things on Unreal Engine 4 with online tutorials. Use Blender as a free 3D Modeling software - it is really good. If you keep pushing yourself to make better 3D environments, you can get good, at a technical level, pretty quickly. You'll also need to learn about Environment Design and Architecture. I learned about those at University, but you can learn yourself as well. Read books, watch youtube videos, and speak to other designers across the internet, to learn how to design 'space'. Don't be hurt if people critique your work - its something designers do, to help each other get better. You can get really good fast, or you can spend a decade learning how to make cool things - both are fine :) Just make sure you have fun along the way!
