There's a good portion of the population who don't know anything about how serious cheating with a computer program is considered in the chess community. I have met such people in real life, and I know that a good majority of people have no knowledge nor understanding of what the attitudes are about using computer programs to cheat. They may think that it would be funny, they might think it's inconsequential and harmless, they might think of it as some kind of harmless prank. And, of course, there are plenty of those who get a kick when they get to play on the top levels and see themselves having a very high rating, and thus are among the "elite" of players.
I feel bad for hikaru for getting +3 when he wins and -14 when he loses
If you knew how much dollars he makes by being a chess master you would not worry so much about another mans rating

As an engine I can confirm that Hikaru is stronger then me
i can understand cheating in some games, where it's still you doing a lot of the interaction such as moving towards enemies or watching them through walls, but in chess it's just weird because you literally don't get to do anything. maybe you can just play whatever for the first 4 or 5 moves and then turn on the engine, but after that you're pretty much just watching a chess game play itself with nothing else happening. not even getting to see your opponent get upset at their losing position.

Can you do another Odds vs Stockfish video? Something like Bishop Odds or 3 Pawn Odds and see if you can beat stockfish?

Hikaru, you may be getting slightly older, but in my opinion you're playing better overall chess in all the formats then you ever have before. Keep giving us amazing content, but keep pushing your game to it's ultimate limits. You're number 2 to Magnus, and im not talking live ratings, just overall. Hikaru may have a chance to outdo Magnus on some level one of these days, and I know that's an unpopular opinion, but other than the really young prodigies, I believe he's the only viable threat to Magnus. I think there games are reasonably close. Keep playing and working hard, you're playing amazing.
yeah that's actually bad. It's known that around hikaru's age you get 2nd peak and that is last peak you get in your career, it's a sign of your last era, from that peak it's only down x_x so I see it negative not positive.

That's literally always true and doesn't seem like a negative thing at all, if someone thinks "well I've peaked, its downhill from here", that'll be the case, so your thinking is by default not how champions think. It's a given that everybody and anybody will peak at some point, but that can only be identified after the fact with any accuracy. Throughout any GM's history they've been at their best in terms of ELO or performance many many times, so what?

i don't really doubt that the player was cheating, but you make yourself look foolish saying "lichess claims an accuravy of 93% and an average centi pawn loss of 19". that doesn't mean what you think it means.
at a lowly 2300 i play games higher accuracy and comparable centi pawn loss all the time--it's not because i've ever in my life played at GM level, it's that your accuracy goes up and your centipawn loss goes down when your opponent blunders and you punish it. chess is actually *really hard*, so people often make blunders so bad that the rest of your moves play themselves. if this happens during the first 20~ moves (during which intermediate players might be playing very "high accuracy" moves because it's just "my opening" + "principled stuff to grab the center, etc"), the winner gets huge accuracy, tiny centipawn loss once they punish the blunder and win the game shortly after. when you're up a ton of material, the attacks play themselves.
[edit; i misremembered the move]. i think someone at this guy's rating rolling over Hikaru after such a weird opening screams "suspicious."

Like the other cheater he played on the "Disrespect Speedrun" series. Had a name "TheDayKasparovQuit". And had an elo of 3001 at Blitz. Not Titled too so it's very suspicious.

I run into cheaters every now and again. Yesterday I had a guy who stopped playing for like 2 mins straight in a losing position. At 20 secs left on clock he starts making the best moves spread about .5 secs apart for multiple moves in a row. Up until that point he had been playing like crap.

@milannesic5718 yeah it does not work that way sorry. I am by no means high elo at all, with my max at 1455. However, I have played over 10000 games just this year. It was a blitz game 3+2. Within the first 40 secs I had a winning position and was up +4. He then does not make a move for over 2 minutes. Then with 19 secs left on the clock he makes about 10 moves in a row all the top engine moves all within .5 secs of each other. It's called cheating... plain and simple.
i played someone at a 500 level, who literally had 100% accuracy, ! !! ! for opening middle and end game just perfectly countering every single move I made
