I still remember so many days I have had trained to his videos while he was still alive. So much sweat and pain that I've gotten through thanks to his videos, he's made my character so much stronger when I needed it the most. When he died it was like a shock, like I've lost my brother. I believe he's one of the main reasons why, 2 months after he's passed away, I've moved to a different country. From that time, Greg has stayed in my subconscious mindset and everytime I'd be giving up on something I told myself "Greg Plitt has died but he's still watching, his part is in my soul and I don't want him to see me being weak". That's how much of an influence he can have on people. Powerful.

I had that to 3 years ago.. I had Fear of pretty much everything. It will be oke. Face your Fears step by step , also spend allot of time in nature, it helps in grounding you. Remember it is a fight or flight respond it is your brain protecting you from Danger like a wild animal. Back in the day when we used to live in the wild it was helpful. but to much of it is not good. But you are not really in danger it is your brain that thinks you are but you are not. Write down what are you afraid of? And work on that step by step. Also let the past go and the future live in the moment. If I can you can overcome it too. I had severe agoraphobia, With panic attacks like 1-4 a day, with hyperventilation and Depersonalization (detachement from your body) it is a reaction from severe stress. Nothing serious or dangerous again it is your brain just protecting you from something that isn't there. Now I run , I hike , Lift weights. Give it time but it will pass I promise. Search The 3 4 7 breathing technique It helps you calm down your central nervous system. You will get back to normal more quicker Also when you are feeling detached in an attack. Don't worry it is Nothing serious I know it feels like you are going to die but it is not I promise you. Another technique is the touch, Hear and Smell technique. Just touch or feel something , hear something like a bird singing and smell something. It helps you ease your detachement. It will Be Fine.
