Gregg I know you're not around to read this message but I want to say thank you for giving me the push whenever I need it. Whenever I doubt myself or my path, I come back here, to your video, to listen to your message, and the hammer your ideals into the back of my head until I begin to make the changes I know you preached. I know I'll fail again, and I know I'll be back at this video again, but I owe you thanks for how far I've brought myself because of the drive and self-belief you have shown me. You're not around for me to repay you, but even if you were it's not like I ever could. Rest easy champion.

I still remember so many days I have had trained to his videos while he was still alive. So much sweat and pain that I've gotten through thanks to his videos, he's made my character so much stronger when I needed it the most. When he died it was like a shock, like I've lost my brother. I believe he's one of the main reasons why, 2 months after he's passed away, I've moved to a different country. From that time, Greg has stayed in my subconscious mindset and everytime I'd be giving up on something I told myself "Greg Plitt has died but he's still watching, his part is in my soul and I don't want him to see me being weak". That's how much of an influence he can have on people. Powerful.

Now, almost ten years after your tragic passing, I realize that the strength and energy you shared with me back then continue to be, and likely always will be, present in my life. Through this, I’ve managed to overcome or ease many small and big hurdles in my life and in the lives of those around me. I will always be grateful to you for that, and I am certain that you changed many people’s lives in a positive direction, just as you did mine. I had that to 3 years ago.. I had Fear of pretty much everything.
      It will be oke.
Face your Fears step by step , also spend allot of time in nature, it helps in grounding you.
Remember it is a fight or flight respond it is your brain protecting you from Danger like a wild animal.
Back in the day when we used to live in the wild it was helpful.
but to much of it is not good.
But you are not really in danger it is your brain that thinks you are but you are not.
Write down what are you afraid of?
And work on that step by step.
Also let the past go and the future live in the moment.
If I can you can overcome it too.
I had severe agoraphobia, With panic attacks like 1-4 a day, with hyperventilation and Depersonalization (detachement from your body) it is a reaction from severe stress. Nothing serious or dangerous again it is your brain just protecting you from something that isn't there.
      Now I run , I hike , Lift weights.
Give it time but it will pass I promise.
      Search
      The 3 4 7 breathing technique
It helps you calm down your central nervous system. You will get back to normal more quicker
Also when you are feeling detached in an attack.
Don't worry it is Nothing serious I know it feels like you are going to die but it is not I promise you.
Another technique is the touch, Hear and Smell technique.
Just touch or feel something , hear something like a bird singing and smell something. It helps you ease your detachement.
      It will Be Fine.

The impact and the amount of ppl this man has inspired and continuing to inspirer is true profound like the legend he is!
Everyone says he die to early but if you listen to him talk about death I believe he lived a full life! I rather live a full “short life” and one long one on empty! Thank you Greg! RIP

It was around 2014-2015 when I started my BB, I was light weight, weak and bullied. Guess what? I used to watch Greg plots videos and follow him, he’s alive and damn legit. It’s 2023 and Greg is my only favorite all time. Fuck that Train man. Missyou bro. Amen.

Just here to say thank you Greg. I remember listening to this guy back in 2012 (the left picture at 17st , and I actually don't think I'd have had the motivation to change had it not been for his videos. The right pic is me now. It truly did change my life in a big way listening to him. Thank you.

2021, The day I heard Greg had passed away was one of the worst days, I subbed to his website in 2010 and watched every video his motivation and drive were unmatched. Goodnight sweet prince. R.I.P

I remember seeing it on the bbing misc and I thought it was some cruel joke cause those guys always liked to post troll threads. Then it started to sink in that it was for real. Greg seemed invincible and was part of what made the fitness industry seem magical to me at that young age. When he passed, and I rewatched his videos, all his talk about legacy and footprints for inspiration took on a way more serious meaning. 2022 and I'm still here. RIP.
