First time I saw this is twelve years ago.. I was very much emotionally touched by this video at that time in my life. It was the most sweet and emotional encounter, between two gypsy jazz artists that I had ever seen.. Today it still is... without any doubt.. one of the most beautiful songs and certainly the most touching gypsy jazz video that I have ever seen..
Incredibile arte d'improvvisare. Tocco e musica gitani con toni classicheggianti. Nel finale un omaggio alla tradizione spagnola della chitarra. Fantastici
"Let's keep this one" is right, this is a great youtube post, an informal improvisation, like being in the living room with two of the premier musicians of our day. thanks!
Jimmy's expression is monumental ... indeed. A very few guitarists of all time had the same gift, the rest of us are struggling to reproduce bits and pieces, but that's about it.
Fab, you’re so young in this vid and you make such a beautiful rendition together. I’ve never heard it played so totally free. .. thnx Rob, thnx Jimmy…
speachless...... a god gifted man, and he knows! It's so hard to be that gifted and to live in the "normal world" May God help him.... Bless you Jimmy! And thanks for your music.

Jimmy Rosenberg FUORI CLASSE!!!!! GRANDE MUSICISTA
This one blew me away when I saw it last year and then it was removed.. Thank you thank you for putting it up again.. stunning virtuosity from both players - different yet completely complimentary playing - Beautiful.
They both are fantastic players, just different...I love Robin & Jimmy...and Biréli, Angelo, Stochelo, Joscho, John Jorgensen, Gonzalo, Stéphane & many more...and Django naturellement...
I loved that "behind-the-bridge" bend Robin did. I've seen the "behind-the-nut" bends. But this is onoy possible on some guitars. Cool little technique/flair.
I'm trying to write a line similar to what Jimmy plays in 02:43, over the A# dim chord... anyone recognizes from where it could came from? Thanks so much! (Amazing video!)
I heard this hundreds of times..Sometimes drunk, sometimes not, but always beautiful.
As much as I love Jimmy Rosenberg's music. I only listen to this because of Robin Nolan's playing. And.... yeah. i'm about 6 beers deep right now. :)
I can't think of a better pairing. I've listened to this countless times, it leaves gobsmacked every time.

Yes...demonic mastery of the guitar going on here! Great stuff.
Seriously, are 6 people disliking this?
+auss1981 At this moment, it is 7. My guess is that they are simply trolls, who have the anonymous "power" to shit on anything.
They are nearly blind and tapped on the wrong area.
I'm trying to write a line similar to what Jimmy plays in 02:43, over the A# dim chord... anyone recognizes from where it could came from? Thanks so much! (Amazing video!)
Robin's so thoughtful. Jimmy's playing the guitar like a machine gun.
