Kudos to you for dealing with the injury and inner ear vertigo with optimism - not easy to do when we're in the thick of something disorienting that jars us. My grandmother developed unexplained inner ear vertigo late in life, causing her to have several falls, but like the trooper she always was, she handled the uncertainty very well until she really needed to be in a Riverdale nursing home (actually a very good place) at 99. She resisted at first and wanted to stay in her apt, but eventually got the logic of going in. Also, I agree there's no point in beating ourselves up or guilting ourselves when we overindulge. That only adds stress. Good luck with the med switch. Hopefully switching will work sufficiently for you.
Thanks for your great words!!! Yeah, it wasn't an easy thing to deal with and I was pretty private about it while I was going through it. Funny, but as open as I am with my life in general, with this I think I needed to not give it so much focus to actually get passed bit. The vestibular physical therapy and my mindset did the trick 👍🥰❤💋 tganks for being here with me!!! Xoxo
Hey Fiona, Pretty sure I saw you while you were dealing with your inner ear problem. I have some sense of how disorienting and potentially scary that can be - my nephew and a good friend had it so I've got firsthand feedback from others on this. Thank you for sharing, as always...and stay healthy!!! You hear???
As always, thanks for subscribing and tuning in and stay safe and stay home 🥰 xoxo
Thanks 🙏🏽 Fiona I definitely can relate . I’m happy your feeling better. Xoxo 💋
Thanks so much sweetie!!! Yes, not fun not feeling 100% 🥰💋❤
