      According to the spirit of the Islamic shariah, the owner’s property is held as an amanat in the tenant’s hand for use for a certain mutually agreed time based on the first agreement and mutually agreed renewals; owner’s property must be handed over back to him after the expiry of any agreed term if he so desires. Even being willingly given sufficient time--after the expiry of the first/final term--to move out, tenants often take advantage of their occupancy and refuse to leave and continue living without any renewal agreement as long as they find it fit to their advantage. That’s intentional breech of verbal and written commitment and against Allah’s command in Surah Al/Baqrah --ordaining fulfilment of commitment--which a violator will be accounted for.
