This is a fixed map. You can improve locations with buildings and fortifications. But this is not a 4x game. There are too many really good 4x games much prettier than mine to compete with. Instead I focus on strategy, depth, heroes, and adventures. Some testers have called it....4x lite, RPG lite, heavy on deep strategy.
Locations are fixed names. But you can create new scenarios and make it whatever you like. A Game of Thrones scenario, A D&D Forgotten Realms scenario, A Last Avatar scenario.
