I have a drain blockage addiction, but this channel is only one that hits the spot! Thanks for your frequent uploads Ollie, I will be back for more and always binging on past content that I have not seen!
Fine skills and workmanship. Love seeing the old terracotta and galvanised iron pipes clear as a whistle. Thanks for mentioning the Inclinator, good to know about these machines and appliances to help our loved ones enjoy remaining at home.
Ollie you are the most DETERMINED person that I know when it comes to making sure your clients get the best results possible when you get a call for service. A title well EARNED.
Hi Ollie from Hong Kong ! I watch every video from you which I really respect your professional. It 's so enjoyable to watch the whole working process and hear you said " All Good" at the end with ratty. Wish you all the best :)
Ollie u did a great job of clearing the roots out for the customer always enjoyed watching u ratty work together all good mate si u on the next one 👍👍👍👍🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀
I have never encountered a blocke drain in my life, but when I do. You better believe I’m gunna proclaim ‘blocked draaaaain’ in my best Aussie accent 😂😂😂. I can’t wait!
You got your leg workout just walking up to that blocked drain. Little spider was admiring your work at 7:20 - he knows you're the best drain man in Australia!
I have a desk job but I already know which head Ollie is gonna use for every bit of the job. Seemingly you get experience by watching Ollie doing his job. Good teachings. Also the technical terms like dangely bits
I've noticed the "big DC-43" hasn't made an appearance in a LONG time now - guess that thing wasn't all it was cracked up to be! Seems pretty powerful considering it needs hose guards to prevent from cutting it's own hoses, but yet, it's clearly fallen out of favor. I still remember the original demo video before he actually bought it!
@@gorak9000 Isn't the "rat" and "gator" the remnants of both big and small DCs? It seems like I recall him saying something about that. As a non-professional anything, I didn't like them when he first got them!
@@TreyCook21 Maybe I got the number wrong. I'm talking about the "big boy" nozzles that he carried in a separate lunchbox / cooler, and had the 2 orange hoses that went to either side of it. I'm pretty sure all of the parts of that would be too big to re-purpose into the rat or the gator. If he mentioned something about those going away, I missed it. I kindof wasn't watching this channel for a few months last year - but I'm back now!
@@gorak9000 We're talking about the same ones. The ones that would cut through their own hoses. Cool concept, horrible design. I also may have understood wrong when he was talking about it.
Ollie I know I and hopefully many others appreciate the extra time and effort you put in to get the multiple camera shots. You never disappoint!!! Cheers from Iowa USA!!!
Apologies for interrupting the regular scheduled program for a breaking news broadcast: The entirity of Sydney is experiencing massive amounts of bits of roots falling from the skies, as people are running up and down the streets, screaming and crying, pulling bits out of their hair, ears, noses, socks and underwear....
Loved this episode. The way you worked the camera in conjunction with the jetter head showing the roots getting cut was an awesome example of what 5k psi can do.
That Cap was definitely under pressure that is definitely a deep rooted problem but oillie the drain cleaning expert is going to get it done with pride once again
That was a lotta roots in those pipes, must’ve been a while since it was serviced.great job as always.now on to your next adventure in the land down under.great video as always.be safe 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Why didn't you put a bucket under that drain under the sink ? Love your videos. Have been watching and loving your work for a long time. I even bought a Drain Addict sweatshirt for my son . We live in the USA. 👍
A little advice from a Friend...put your 3 bolts back in just enough to stop the cover from exploding off....a couple threads is enough to allow it to open up to start draining " slowly & controllably " and still make it safe for You.... i would tighten it so it barely opens at first....then start backing off the bolts to let it drain as i feel is controlled...Also !! when i deal with old possibly rusted corroded fasteners..i chose a hand tool at first..it alliws me to feel if the fastener might break off..and then i turn it back inwards and off slowly with the hope it doesn't break off....99% of the time it can be removed and reused ...some lube as i turn it back on and then try to turn off ( outwards ) ..and very slowly if needed is better than busting it off and drilling it out and retapping etc.... a few minutes of patience saves alot of unneeded work repairing what could be saved....piwer tools are great..been using them for over 50 years....but sometimes you take it slower and you work smarter.... sometimes they break regardless of your efforts...but 1 % is not as good as 99% ...🇨🇦🤓🤙
You can eat all the Tim Tams you want if you live at that place, hauling yourself up and down all those stairs everyday! Maybe this is why they have so much sewage piling up! You didn't even give Ratty a ride on the inclinator, though!
i have the same polytac streamlight...very nice flashlight/torch....mine was gift was a friend i lost to strokes last year so i try to be gentle with it i want it to last a long time
I do not understand why none of these customers clean out the area in which a tradesman is going to work. DA, can you add long sleeve T- shirts for sale?
Ollie, you have only 1 of three I watch and your being number 1 in my book, I love how you not only show us the correct way of unclogging drains but to make it interesting is a gift, see you on the next video. Bluesman Dave is out.
Pretty sure you have done this one before a good few years ago! Remember the lift thing and all those steps!!! Brilliant as always, ratty helping is crock still sleeping 💤 😂😂😂👍
Another success. I never understand homeowners who dont clear everything out of the way before you arrive. And offer a tub to catch the stuff that comes up.
Great clearance again 👍🏼 What happened to that prototype head you had with the spinning chains? When you were trying to clear out the concrete a few days ago I thought it would have been perfect for the job. Would it also work on thick roots? Just a thought... 🙂👍🏼
A Call, Help. Oh the Drain is Block from much Roots. You and Ratty workt, and slow is this Drain Drain unblock. You shut this Drain and clear. In the Garden is the next Drain to clear. A Interesting Direction of Work, and too much Roots in this Drain. You work in Extrem Areal and clear this Drain. To last the Paper Test. And Camera Picture.. 💪👌👍
After you've watched a few hundred of these videos, some of the places start to look alike or they're repeat visits. This makes me ask: What is the one property for most repeat visits? I'm talking about one single house, not a big apartment complex or multiple offices. Is there anywhere that kept stopping up their plumbing, had so many assorted problems, or were under attack from such fast growing trees that you had to go out many times or way more often than normal?
So great to hear Ratty speak again. I can understand not having the whole drain gang, but I really miss the back and forth with Ratty.
I have a drain blockage addiction, but this channel is only one that hits the spot! Thanks for your frequent uploads Ollie, I will be back for more and always binging on past content that I have not seen!

Check out his buddy “the penetrator”! He’s almost as entertaining and will fill the need until Ollie’s next video!
You have a fever, and the only prescription is more --cowbell-- ratty!

So good to hear Ratty interacting again. Been missing the little guys comments. Above and beyond as always Ollie great work!
Just after Master Plumber says "it's still a bit hot" there's steam or smoke coming from his RH glove. 💪 💪
Interesting property! Nicely sorted, Ollie. 19:21 Rat is breaking silent partner rules. Next thing you know, he'll want smoko.
Ollie you are the most DETERMINED person that I know when it comes to making sure your clients get the best results possible when you get a call for service. A title well EARNED.
And going the extra mile and work for the you tube viewers!
I never thought you would get that cap off, nice job DA Kookaburra !!!
Another lunchtime classic, i love seeing all the unique homes you visit Ollie! keep up the good work.

I must say for almost 9 years since the channel began you’ve been doing a great job, thank you for your service!
I’m late home from work. Watching video now. All good

DA finds himself on the right track for this drain clearing job. Best channel on RUclips! Cheers from South Florida.
G'day mate. I sure enjoy watching your videos. Your diagnostic approach is always quite fascinating to me. Keep safe and healthy bro.
The best gift of the video . . . Ratty finally spoke!!!!! I have missed that!!!! Thank you!
I'm pretty sure the therapist says the rat doesn't really talk; but I don't listen to that negativity.

One thing for sure you have some interesting places to clear plugged lines
Ollie is the master puppeteer, a hose and camera cable from two access point! Great video!
A jet up one hole, and a camera up the other... and it's not even Valentines day yet...
Ollie I know I and hopefully many others appreciate the extra time and effort you put in to get the multiple camera shots. You never disappoint!!! Cheers from Iowa USA!!!
Always the need of a good drainage expert Ollie👍👍👍!
A fine unclogging today. You’re the best! See you on the next. Cheers Ollie! 🇦🇺🙂👍🇺🇸
I've been watching for awhile now.

Seeing actual green plants and flowers is nice in these videos. Starting to get sick of winter in Pennsylvania.
I'm live in Pennsylvania As well. But I kind of like the winter. And it really hasn't been all that bad this year. It only has snowed a few times.
The snow looks very beautiful viewed from a steamy hot summer.
I’m with you! Western Pennsylvania is like a dang sponge right now! Either freeze or dry out, stop this middle crap!
@@jesseblack0713 the walking on a wet sponge isn’t fun when you work outside! Love Pa but the wet crap has to go!
Come out here to Phoenix like I did. Hate winters
The flushing of the paper and chasing it to see if it comes thru should be a Olympic event
I did enjoy the juxtaposition of the pressure release and the container of rose fertilizer. How lovely!
Danke für das schöne Video, ihr macht mir viel Freude beim anschauen der Videos. 😅😊🐀
Absolutely great video Ollie!🤗👍👍👍❤
I'm so happy to see that Ratty is with you every time now!
Three loose screws. That about sums it all up. One for Ollie, one for Ratty, and one for we the viewer.
lol
Loved this episode. The way you worked the camera in conjunction with the jetter head showing the roots getting cut was an awesome example of what 5k psi can do.
👍
My first time catching one of these videos fresh.
Thanks for your hard work Ollie.
You were a one armed wall paper hanger next to the inclinator today.
That Cap was definitely under pressure that is definitely a deep rooted problem but oillie the drain cleaning expert is going to get it done with pride once again
You've done another Excellent job 👍👍
Another great job done 👍❤❤. Ollie and Blocked drains go together 😂😂. Job security. Take care of yourself and family and friends and be Blessed ❤️❤️.

WOW!! You sure got your cardio in today with all of those stairs! I was afraid you were going to slip and fall!

Looks like Ratty got a little shower from the roots blasting out of that clean out.

A good, thorough job Ollie!
here's something so satisfying about watching it pour out after not having anything in there and being completely dry
I've been watching your videos so much (and playing them to help me sleep) that I've started having dreams about unblocking drains now 😂
Lol do not over do it @hyder-0! Speaking from experience it is not fun to clear drains all day and then have to dream about clearing them too👍
Rattys on overtime oliver your one busy man great videos oliver
