I initially thought that I wanted to be a nurse ended up not liking it then I went into respiratory therapist which I hated it and now I’m having the option of becoming a radiology tech and the more I’m finding out about it the more I’m liking it. I don’t like being too involved with patients I don’t like patient care I want to work in the medical field because I’m already in the medical field I just don’t want too much involvement with patients and this is the field I think it’s right for me thank you for this video.

Hey man, I’m extremely passionate about becoming an X-ray tech, but i fear the actual job will be hard for me I was wondering if you know how many different X-rays does your average non specialized X-ray tech need to know? Like are you going to have to do multiple different X-rays in one day?
Welcome Calin Ok so YES you will do different X-rays all day and it does vary from Chest X-rays to toes X-rays. But don’t worry that’s why you go to school and learn you will be fine trust me 🙏🏽🙂🙂

There’s plenty of people who make a good living just off being an LMRT in TEXAS. FYI only Texas hire LMRT from my knowledge here in Florida in order to work at a hospital you much be fully licensed. Most states require fully licensed techs.
Yeah become a Radiology Technologist (RT) & have 2-3 years of experience and get your bachelors in anything you want. Then you can teach. I have considered it but they don’t pay much.

Yes they do but not much paperwork in xray but in CT & MRI yes a lot of paperwork !
