I don't have enough dye inks but will settle for multiple layers of distress oxides. Also don't have Flash but maybe could substitute a mica powder and gel hair spray mixture.
The only downside with Oxides is that they dont layer. They blend well into each other, but they arent a dye ink so you cant layer them on top of each other. They would make a stunning ink blended bunch of colours though for sure! and yes mica and hairspray would add a lovely touch of shimmer. :)
