This is really working for me. I am listening to it right before I go to sleep for over a week now and the shift I am experiencing is great. @sammasubs2833 thanks. If I am listening every day for 30 min, how much time it takes to show in 3D, I strongly belive it works and trying mental diet as well.
@@RS01975that’s not how it works, subs are supposed to give you the end state feeling, meaning 0 worries while and after listening, because it’s already working, doubts are like breaks, just enjoy it and let go.
