Great review Tim. I saw Whitecross in Germany last year at Loud and Proud Festival. They are awesome. Looking forward to when the vinyl version is out for this album

Thanks! Whitecross in Germany! Sweet! Someday, I need to travel to Loud and Proud Fest. Whitecross is definitely on my list of bands to see live - especially now with this lineup! I hope there is a vinyl release sometime soon. I'll be first in line to pick it up.

Isn't he great?! From the first word he sings on the opening track it immediately felt like he was totally at home with the vocals, music and delivery. Great ROCK voice!!

Great review! I think that the album is really good. Maybe 1 or 2 ballads too many but some great stuff. To me Dave reminds me of Ronnie James Dio and a mix of David Coverdale (Whitesnake) and Mark Tornillo (Accept). I didn't get the John Schlitt similarity. Here is an Accept song Princes of the Dawn ruclips.net/video/9KeaNhPcNq0/видео.html. I need to get a few more 2024 releases then I will be doing a ranking of albums released that year. I will be doing a ranking of albums released in 2023 in the coming days and there are 7 for that year.

The Schlitt comparison is a little more subtle on some tracks but I'll stand by it. In certain songs and on certain verses I hear Schlitt in Robert's voice for sure. I'll check out the Accept tune and comparison. Looking forward to your2023 and 2024 rankings!
