I've been working on a sea druid too I had some ideas for spells and cantrips like brine, basically a salty pressure washer it does a small amount of acid damage as well as it's regular damage since getting hit with high pressure salt water would probably burn, sting, it has a melee range and does poison damage and has a chance to paralyze the target, summon some kind of spirit sea creatures like sharks a school of piranhas or at later levels whales, some creatures you can turn into are giant lobsters, giant octopus, and weresharks, a passive ability you can get is cold sea winds which during combat causes the area to become cold and a little damp this debuffs fire attacks but buffs cold attacks so if you're enemies have any ice spells you'll need to be careful, one spell I haven't come up with a name yet makes a tentacle with a crab claw on the end appear on your hand and can be used as an extension of your arm allowing you to use melee weapons at range, grab an item out of reach, or maybe hold a light crossbow a little closer to the enemy if there just out of range, lastly the best spell for the sea druid summon kraken gate, as the name implies it opens a portal on a surface and kraken tentacles will come out to thrash around at enemies (honestly I just made that one up for a clash of the titans reference)
Its always amusing to me, you cannot have fly or swim until level x but you can be a guppy(I don't recall the fish proper) or a raven from the beginning. Lol
